 Suite à la fuite d'informations il y a deux jours, le label Follow That Dream a officiellement annoncé la sortie de l'édition limitée « Soldier Boy 53 310 761 », un coffret livre et CD, ainsi que la réédition en double vinyle numéroté de « Promised Land - The Companion Album » sur vinyle rouge.

Livre 1 - De Memphis à Brooklyn : Un magnifique livre relié, illustré de nombreuses photographies et documents rares récemment découverts. Ce livre retrace le parcours militaire d'Elvis Presley, de son incorporation en mars à son départ de Brooklyn pour l'Allemagne en septembre 1958, en passant par sa formation de base et avancée au Texas.

Ce coffret inclut également une analyse détaillée de la session d'enregistrement d'Elvis Presley au Studio B de Nashville en juin 1958. Les CD 1 et 2 présentent l'intégralité de cette session, publiée pour la première fois dans l'ordre original.

Livre 2 - Allemagne : Un magnifique livre relié, au format beau livre, composé de photos, de documents et de témoignages de ses camarades, amis et famille. Il offre le récit le plus complet et détaillé des trois premiers mois d'Elvis Presley en Allemagne, du 1er octobre au 31 décembre 1958.

Ce livre contient également des détails, des photos et des informations sur les enregistrements personnels d'Elvis réalisés en Allemagne. Les CD 3 et 4 contiennent ces enregistrements privés, réalisés chez lui en Allemagne en 1958 et 1959. L'audio a été restauré exclusivement pour cette édition.
